Returns & Eligibility
Accept returns for wrong/damaged/leaking/expired items reported within [48] hours of delivery, unopened and with photos of packaging, batch/lot, and invoice. Food items once opened cannot be returned unless defective.
Refund/Replacement Process
After verification/pickup, we issue replacement or refund to original method within [X–Y business days]. Items without original packaging, used goods, or buyer’s remorse are ineligible.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; after dispatch, use the return flow above. To request, contact [Email/Support] with order ID.
